Dr. Dinesh Kumar Tyagi, a 1981 batch IAS officer from the Manipur – Tripura Cadre, has held various significant positions in both State and Central Governments. His illustrious career spans several decades and includes pivotal roles such as District Magistrate and Collector of North Tripura District, Managing Director of Tripura Road Transport Corporation, and Chief Executive Officer of Tripura Horticulture Corporation Limited, which he founded.
Dr. Tyagi also served as the CEO of the Tripura Autonomous District Council, Secretary for the Education and Tribal Welfare Department in Tripura, and Director in the Ministry of Finance, Banking Division.
